frozen berries

frozen banana

vanilla protein or vanilla collagen

coconut oil or nut butter

coconut water

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients into a high speed blender: add in the frozen fruit first and finish with the liquid.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy throughout.
Pour into bowls or glasses and top off with SpoonfulONE oat crackers for babies!
