Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds buffalo stew meat
  • 1 sweet onion diced
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 2 red/orange/yellow bell peppers diced
  • 4 stalks celery chopped
  • 8 carrots chopped
  • 28 ounces plum tomatoes
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all diced and chopped vegetables at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Place your buffalo stew meat on top.
  • Add all of the spices and massage into the meat.
  • Now, add in the plum tomatoes and tomato sauce.
  • Turn the crockpot on low and let cook for 8-10 hours. Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to use beef instead of buffalo.
