  • Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend on medium-high for 45 seconds-1 minute until creamy and smooth.
  • Top off with extra berries, passion fruit, coconut flakes and chia seeds.

Notes

  • This will make ONE BIG smoothie bowl or TWO SMALL.
  • This recipe can be made 100% vegan by omitting the collagen peptides. The collagen really thickens the bowl up nicely, but it can be replaced with a handful of ice cubes…
