How to Make a Strawberry Banana Smoothie
This is how to make a strawberry banana smoothie with just a handful of simple ingredients. The smoothie is creamy, refreshing, and lightly sweet. It's gluten free, dairy free, and has no added sugar

1 banana 2 cups frozen strawberries 1 1/4 cups non-dairy milk splash of vanilla extract pinch of sea salt 1 scoop collagen peptides optional 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds optional, see notes 1 1/2 tablespoons MCT oil or nut butter see notes
Add all of the fruit to the blender first, followed by the liquids.
If are you including add-ins, add those to the blender as well.
Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth and creamy throughout.
Pour into serving glasses and enjoy.
Vanilla : I do recommend using vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, as it helps all the flavors pop, but if you don't have them both, don't sweat it!
Frozen berries : Instead of using frozen strawberries, you can use another frozen berry.
Non-dairy milk : Use any dairy-free milk or regular milk... just make sure it doesn't have added sweetener or the smoothies will turn out too sweet.
Fiber : You can use chia seeds, flax seeds or hemp seeds.
