Whole30 Paleo Tuna Salad

  1. Drain water from the cans of tuna and scoop into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In the bowl of a high-speed blender or food processor, add the mayonnaise, date and apple cider vinegar. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to the bowl of tuna and mix well with a fork.
  4. Add in vegetables and mix thoroughly. Stir in the seasonings.
  5. Serve inside halved avocados or eat it on its own. It’s that good!
