Paleo Brussels Sprout Slaw

Ingredients
Slaw
  • 2cups brussels sproutschopped thinly
  • 1/2 red cabbageshaved
  • 6strips bacondiced
  • 1/2 large red onionfinely diced
  • 1/4cup hemp seeds
Dressing
Instructions
  1. Combine brussels sprouts, cabbage, bacon, onion & hemp seeds in a large bowl.
  2. In another small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
  3. Toss slaw with the dressing and serve.
Recipe Notes

To make this recipe 100% Whole30 compliant, simply swap out the honey for one pitted date. Soak it in boiling water for 15 minutes and drain. Blend the rest of the dressing ingredients and the date together until well combined.
