Creamy Coffee n Chocolate Sorbet

  • 2cups coconut cream
  • 1 can full fat coconut milkin the refrigerator overnight
  • 2tablespoons Grade B maple syrup
  • 2tablespoons coconut palm sugar
  • 1teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2tablespoons espresso powderor decaf instant coffee
  • 3tablespoons organic unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2tablespoons arrowroot powder
  1. Make sure your ice cream maker has been sitting in the freezer for at least 72 hours before using it.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until everything is very well incorporated.
  3. Turn on your ice cream maker, and slowly pour in the mixture.
  4. Churn for 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches the desired consistency of YOUR choice šŸ™‚
